Thanks for the Memories!

I have very fond and vivid memories of my grandparents house. It was a bungalow built in the 1950's complete with a round shaped bar in the basement. The bar came complete with mustard coloured carpet, various coasters stapled along the ceiling, full and empty bottles along the walls and the best silver bar stools. Me and my cousins would play bartender for hours in the basement. It really was the best!

Another item that made the bar complete was this lovely little bartender tin toy shown above. Me and my family had a few giggles over this guy. He pours drinks, turns red and the best part....blows smoke out of his ears! It doesn't get much better than that! I have no idea what happend to this wonderful toy but it sure does bring back memories. I came across him while surfing through Etsy the other day. He can be found in the awesome, awesome shop ReUnited.

Thanks for the memories! : )

He is super cool Lindy - love that smoke comes out of his ears! Remember the peeing boy whiskey decanter...that was an oldie but goodie too!
