I've been in love with Sand Sculpting for a while now. This year I watched a Pumpkin Sculpting contest on The Food Network and now I'm in love with it too. So cool! I'm totally smitten and am so excited to send it off to one lucky person.

Getting mail that's not a bill or advertisement is just the best. I'm so glad it's Christmas card season. I'll be sending my cards off to family and friends this year.....will you?

We went for a walk in the snow. It started raining here this morning and then the rain turned into giant, fluffy snowflakes. They're calling for sun and plus 7 (celcius) this afternoon. Crazy fall weather!

I've been having a pretty stressful few days lately. I saw this commercial on tv tonight and it made me smile. I love this commercial. It's been playing for awhile now which is awesome because it's one of those commercials that you just want to see over and over because it makes you happy. I found this awesome bowl of paper popcorn via the blog Twig and Thistle. It's made by sculptor Matthew Sporzynski. His amazing creations can be seen on Real Simple. I'm just blown away by what can be done with such a simple medium.

Recycled Tees

I love the products offered in the shop Devo Tees on Etsy. Such a great idea! Recycled tees found in thrift stores or at yard sales get a stencil placed on them and then bleach is sprayed around the image creating these unique designs. I just love them all!
